Last updated: June 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the LRSF crowdfunding platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LRSF platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

LRSF provides an online platform enabling individuals and organisations to raise and contribute funds for lawful causes. You agree to use it only for legitimate, legal purposes and to provide accurate information.

3. Campaigns and Fundraising

Fundraisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their campaigns and for using raised funds for the stated purpose. LRSF reviews campaigns but does not guarantee the conduct of any fundraiser. Fraudulent campaigns may be removed.

4. Donations

Contributions are made voluntarily. Donors should review campaigns carefully before giving. Except as required by law or our refund policy, contributions are generally non-refundable once processed.

5. Fees

LRSF may apply platform or payment-processing fees, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, harassment, the funding of illegal activity, or any conduct that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

LRSF provides the platform on an “as is” basis and is not liable for the actions of fundraisers or donors, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
